A full body cardio & conditioning class.

You will blast those calories and improve your strength and fitness.

Short bursts of high intensity work interspersed with active rest. either on a rotational basis at different workout stations or everyone together tabata style. 

A super effective workout, you'll work hard but see the benefits quickly.

We use bodyweight, resistance bans & light weights.
